I placed an order with this company and didnt receive the item. Upon contacting them, they advised they would contact Royal Mail and get back to me, which they didnt. After ignoring correspondence sent, I contacted PayPal who said I needed to liaise through Royal Mail where upon speaking to them they advised that as I am the paying customer it is for this company to contact Royal Mail and put forward a claim and they reimburse me for the item I had t received but this company is being unresponsive where I have no order or refund where legal action is the only way forward. I wouldnt purchase
