Martin's specialises in Quality watch maintenance, repair and second hand sales. I have been going there for 16 years. To my knowledge the best in Glasgow for independent watch care.

Was received in their shop with a very warm approach. Minor repair to my watch was undertaken there and then at a very reasonable and competitive price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Think its only fair to leave a review since I chose to drive to the other side of Glasgow to get some links removed from my tag based on their previous reviews. Turned up off spec, he pretty much said he would do it there and then. Very reasonable price, and lovely shop.

Recommended to me but it was not what I expected at all. My automatic watch had a detached chrono hand and was soon due for a service so took it in (Sat afternoon) to get an estimate. The assistant could not have been less helpful. This business is supposed to have experienced technicians (according to their website), well used to this type of work. However, the only option offered was for them to send the watch back to TAG Heuer for an estimate. This is time consuming and expensive and any stockist can do this. This is why I use local specialists. Return of the watch was estimated as "sometime

No help at all ,went in to see if I could get a battery clamp replaced as mine had snapped while changing battery ,kept it for 2 weeks and said you'll have to contact the watch company yourself. I thought a watch maker could at least make a clip for a battery, obviously not .also my watch was not even opened to look at it .

I have an old wrist watch that means the world to me. I was gutted when I caught the crown and snapped it off. I went directly to the manufacturer who told me "We can't fix it". I went to various other so called "Horologists" only to be told 'This watch can't be repaired'. I found Martins of Glasgow completely by accident. I took my watch in to him and after a nice chat he took 5 minutes or so to locate the part my watched required. I left it with him and a few weeks later I have my old friend working and back on my wrist where he belongs. I cannot rate this man highly enough.
