Really pleased with my ear piercing at McKellars - quick, easy, reasonably priced and friendly. Everything was meticulously cleaned and I felt very safe being in there. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Being somebody who has worked in retail since leaving school, this is the kind of service I would expect.

Whilst none of the original McKellar family are now involved in the business, the current owner Ken Scott, is keen to maintain the high standard of presentation and wide choice of products the company has become known for over the years.
