Pravin, having obtained an LLB (Hons) degree at Glasgow University, commenced his traineeship in 1997 and thereafter gained invaluable experience for a number of years working with Terry Ruddy in another Glasgow Law firm. Pravin along with Terry founded Jain, Neil & Ruddy in 2001. He is in the true sense a general practitioner who assists clients with all matters legal.

There are very few areas of the law in which Pravin cannot assist/ advise. He has represented large commercial organisations in relation to land acquisition, disposal and leasing as well as representing their interests in litigation.
Services
Conveyancing
Report
Based in Glasgow, our experienced conveyancing lawyers serve clients throughout Glasgow and all surrounding areas. Our experience and local knowledge ensures that you will get the best possible advice whether you are buying or selling property. For most of us, the largest transaction we'll ever enter into will be the purchase of our home.
Guardianships
Report
Where a person has lost their mental capacity to make decisions on their own behalf and can no longer grant a Power of Attorney, family members may encounter difficulties in dealing with their financial affairs or personal welfare (eg, arranging a care home or giving consent to medical treatment). In these circumstances, an application has to be made to the Court for a Guardianship Order.
Wills
Report
The importance of having a Will cannot be underestimated. Many people never get around to making one, despite their best intentions to do so. Whilst we all fear our own mortality, making a Will is one of the most important decisions of your life. It is the only way you can ensure your Estate is passed on to the people you wish.
Powers of Attorney
Report
A Power of Attorney gives a person the legal authority to deal with your affairs on your behalf should you be unable to do so yourself in the future. This could be in relation to your property/finances or your personal welfare (or both). Accident or illness can occur at any time in life, rendering you incapable of managing your own affairs.
Executries
Report
After the death of a loved one, the family must deal with the legal implications relating to any property owned by the deceased. This is dealt with in an executry. We at Jain, Neil & Ruddy have a great deal of experience in assisting with executries.

We are sympathetic to the range of emotions your loved ones will be going through at such a difficult time, and strive to provide an efficient service to make the process of administration as pain free as possible. When a person dies without leaving Will, they will leave what is known as an intestate estate.
