Being a first time buyer I was reliant on AC to provide some level of comfort in that my affairs were being looked after. In the end I feel like just another invoice.
Letters were template with irrelevant sections left in, corrections not carried out and correspondence not forthcoming. From my Wifes name being misspelled to our address still being incorrect on an insurance policy, the process has been made more nerve wracking simply by the concern we have that our legal representative doesnt care about us. As a client facing professional I would expect a meeting with my boss if I performed

You will never get a reply. Had to chase the staff about a property for over a week, called upwards of 15 times, left countless voice messages no one ever returns you calls. Avoid they're very unprofessional.

Aberdeen Considine deserves zero stars. Please avoid this agency for lettings . Unprofessional, rude, ineffective with landlords too. Any tenant that contracted with them: try to contact landlord and explain, normally they ignore the lack of action. We did so, our landlady was fed up too, and now we have happily a direct agreement with the owner, no midle liers any more. And the same guarantees. We deeeply doubt their effectiviness in case of breach of contract.
Scotland deserves a much better real state industry. Poor Abeerden city, this guys misusing the name of a glorious

We used Aberdein Considine to sell/buy our house. Gavin Crowe, Katie Russell and Lee were phenomenal! The whole process was complicated and stressful for various reasons but the team at AC were great. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Gavin and Katie were excellent at keeping us informed and we felt hugely reassured having them on our side. It was also handy that they have a number of high street offices which makes it easy to drop documents in for verification etc. I considered several other solicitors before deciding to go with AC but I am very pleased with the decision i made.
