Absolutely shocking, not a single shred of communication between their teams. Had to correct their invoices 4 times, delayed move in date as paperwork wasn't processed in time. 2 months later I'm being chased for another payment which has already been made with no response from their teams. Would actively recommend you go somewhere else for property purchase.

I can't thank Arran and Lianne enough for their help with my flat purchase! They have always been very helpful, professional, and responded to all questions and queries very swiftly. They always cleared up any confusion or misunderstanding I might have had due to me not being familiar with the process of buying a flat in the UK.
