Verbally agreed to rent a property on a Friday morning. I offered to pay a deposit to secure property and was told I dont need to because the landlord would love to have me and my partner live there. Then my partner received a phone call on Monday morning saying the property was given to another client. Please dont agree to something then go back on it. Just be open and honest. Waste of time.

We've recently completed a sale with Fletcher & Company and couldn't recommend the team highly enough! We chose to go with Fletchers having bought the house we just sold through them a little over 6 years ago. With both transactions the team were professional, communicative and always up to date with the latest information. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a long time, but if we do we will most definitely be using Fletcher & Co again!

I could only rate Fletcher's at 5 stars. The service has been outstanding, the team have been exceptional, current covid restrictions and tricky negotiations meant that the sale wasn't straightforward. I can easily recommend the team.
