We recently used John Sankey for the sale of our property. Whilst we ultimately decided to withdraw our property from the market, we had 4 viewings and 2 offers (one which we accepted), within 10 days. Rent a house with them and after i moved they start to fit a new roof and the ceiling in the kitchen fall down and i hat to stay for one week like that and after 10 month i moved and they stop me 50 for cleaning because was wear in the carper ,,,what do you expect if i live there to be like new ??

We have purchased two properties through John Sankey in our family and I always tell anyone who will listen, that they are brilliant estate agents. They keep the buyer informed every step of the way. We had one very difficult purchase and they went above and beyond with the service they gave, dealing with a very difficult and pushy vendor who wanted to complete yesterday. We had many phone calls from them, helping us through the purchase. Highly recommended service, the best in Mansfield by far and exceedingly friendly with it.
