I've viewed a couple of properties through David James and have found them easy to get hold of and deal with, and very responsive to any questions. I met Anna at one of the viewings and she's truly a credit to the business, taking the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for and even though the property we were looking at wasn't suitable she still took the rest of the slot to talk through and get more of a feel for what would work to see if there was anything else she could suggest. Very friendly and approachable and it was a pleasure to meet her.

So far has been excellent. I earlier was with a student letting firm that dabbled in mainstrem letting but I found them unresponsive and, as it turns out, way out of touch with how best to prepare and market a quality property such as we own in Mapperley. From the first call to David James to getting the property ready and marketed and applicant shortlisting to finally signing a new tenancy it has been a complete joy and stress-free. Victoria was superb and her team Grace & Charlotte who took over are just brilliant at their job.
