Elders have just helped me and my partner buy our first home. They were always incredibly prompt in getting in touch or replying to emails, were easy to reach over the phone, and always accommodating towards us! They always made time for the several viewings we made on the property, often clearly going out of their way to rearrange their own appointments just to make time for us. We will absolutely think about using them again in a few years time when it comes to selling our own home.

Andrew has sold 2 of my houses and will sell some more next year. I like his attitude , efficiency and the relationship he creates with the purchasers, which undoubtedly speeds up the completion. He has built up a bank of contacts which are potential purchasers. I have been delighted with the speed of the last completion .

Having bought and sold a number of houses over the last few years I have experienced a range of estate agents. Elders are up with the best, you can always get hold of them, never fobbed off with fake excuses or too busy to deal with you as experienced recently with other agents, just real advice and assistance from genuine people who care. The photography and 3D tour are the best Ive seen to really make the property stand out. I will use them on my next property sale and will recommend them to friends.

Dealt with Andrew who was very professional and supplied us with a lot of info, the property sold on the first visit, unfortunately the sale fell through due to us not being able to find a place to move to. We will return to Elders once the market cools down a bit.
