I would like to compliment Whitehouse lettings in their prompt and professional service that exceeds far beyond any other letting management agency I have ever been involved with. We've had a great experience using White House Lettings for our new home. This is the easiest move we've made, the application process wasn't complicated and was much quicker than what we've done in the past. We had full control throughout and it was a very transparent process. They were happy to answer any queries we had and they were very quick with their responses. They have a practical approach to getting you in your new home and work with you to ensure it's a smooth move. Can't recommend them enough!

We chose White House Lettings after an internet search in our area. I liked the personal service they offered and wanted to support a local family business. Their Facebook page has a really personal touch and it was nice to see them reaching out to their customers during the pandemic. I also spoke to Ian on the phone and he made me feel confident of his support when letting our first property, (which is definitely what we needed!!)
The whole process was stress free and their fees extremely reasonable. All in all I would highly recommend this agent. No glossy brochures, just a good old fashioned
