Very honest service from Kathrin ,explained about building works being carried out so knew what to expect, looks like they are doing lots to make these properties more modern, even sent a virtual tour of a property she thought I might like which was helpful !

Been with Challenge 6 months now! Sent an email yesterday about some issues with our radiators and they had a lovely contractor out today to fix them promptly. Big thanks to Sarah and Rachel from maintenance, they organised help for us so quickly and the guy who came to fix the radiators was a great choice - friendly and efficient!!

Great house, took them 7 days for a answer to se if I got the place or not, got the answer of no yet the rent was only 620 a month and I could more than afford it. They said I couldnt afford it after them giving quite a bit of false hope. Was days of you will have the answer today never ringing me for updates then rude over a email because we wanted an update. Then as of said they couldnt offer me any house at all under their lettings the only thing they could offer is 6 months rents up front over 3 grand and They know the situation. All over was great in some places but in others it
