Our Let & Tenancy Set-Up costs £325 with no ongoing fees. Full Management is 8% VAT-free of monthly rent. We have no setup fees and guarantee transparent pricing with no hidden extras.
How do tenants apply for properties?
Tenants pay a £100 application fee and £150 reservation deposit. We conduct referencing checks through Rent4sure, requiring photographic ID and online application completion before tenancy approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use fast payment systems for same-day landlord transfers. Tenants pay via standing orders while application fees accept bank transfers. We no longer use BACS for outgoing payments.
Are you accredited professionals?
We hold NFoPP Level 3 qualifications and PRS membership. All deposits are protected through the Deposit Protection Service. Our accounts are segregated to ensure client fund security.
