Despite the additional challenges, they never failed to go the extra mile to ensure the process went smoothly and successfully for us and for the buyers. The whole team at Saxton Mee Bakewell have been amazing, every time we've used them. We bought a house via them 5 years ago. We then chose to sell with them 3 months ago (which all went very smoothly, especially given the ongoing challenges presented by Covid-19). Now we are in the fortunate position of being in the process of buying our next house through them too. A special mention has to go to Jenny Eyre as well though - she's been our main point of contact each time and she's been consistently nothing short of outstanding. Abrupt, quite off putting and somewhat condescending. Considering weve only ever met on the phone once for a 5-10 mins talk this is a large red flag, maybe due to your representative driving whilst calling me? I didnt feel my questions or ideas and expectations were met nor appreciated or respected.
