Went here tonight for our 3rd wedding anniversary meal... the food was absolutely stunning I had the whistler chicken which was cooked to perfection and tastes absolutely divine 😋 my wife had the slow cooked pork belly which again was cooked to perfection and just melted in the mouth, this was followed a sticky toffee pudding and bailey cheesecake… which again was amazing and did not disappoint I would highly recommend this restaurant. First vist here. Came here on recommendation and very glad we did. Full of character and VERY clean. The menu had the usual things but also had some really good speciality dishes. We had whole plaice from Brixham. Came from just up the road and you could taste the freshness of it. Was really well cooked . Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. we'll certainly return!!!

Visiting the area we went here by recommendation for an evening meal and we were not disappointed. The seafood chowder is not to be missed if you like fish that is. The gammon is delicious. Give it a visit if you are in the area but book ahead as they get busy.

Lovely staff, best food we have eaten in years, couldn't fault a thing. We had beef stroganoff, lamb rump, scallops and pork belly. Just wish we were local and not on holiday. Highly recommend.

Had a very disappointing burger. I was expecting a homemade burger only to be presented with run of the mill mass produced patty. A brioche bun does not make a gourmet burger. Not a memorable meal.
