Every member of the staff is very supportive, responsible and kind. All the required repairing's in the house during my tenancy period were solved very quickly and smooth. The check in process as well as check out was fast, organic and without any delays. I would like to thank Mr. George and his team one more time and I will definitely recommend George Adams Estate Agents for everybody looking for a great apartments in a good location with a good price point!

Im not sure about the other reviews but I had a really pleasant experience with George Adams. Any issues we had were fixed within a few days and the deposit was given back quickly.

Rented with George Adams for a year, had no issues at all. Very responsive with sending out plumbers and workmen for maintenance. If youre a good tenant and make issues known, and clean when you leave then youll easily get your deposit back as we did!

I don't know about the other reviews, but if you are a good tenant, read this review as it will be the most relevant to you. I rented from George Adams a flat in birchlane back in 2017, and left in 2021. First of all, the flat was spacious and the location was excellent given how close it is to Longsight market, the rent fees were very good. I got the flat in a clean condition and everything was working properly and as described in the Ad. Throuhout the 4 years the were quick to fix and problems (such as leaks and similar things) and never asked me to pay or accused me of ruining it. To be realistic
