Went on the Santa safari with my children then had a lovely meal at the hotel, top marks all round as always, enjoyed by everyone

Did the Santa's grotto with my family ,the kid's really enjoyed themselves luckily the rain held off so a fun packed evening was had by all , the bar and grill restaurant had a menu on
The food was very good unfortunately the place was empty but I suppose considering the present climate we couldn't expect anything else
All round satisfaction I would recommend this to anyone

We went here for the Christmas event that took us up to the follies and caves. Well organised and the kids loved it.

Room required a little tidy up as not used allowing insects to flourish all was made good after reporting to be fair. No there issues enjoyed our stay.
