The staff were super friendly. The hotel is a little dated. The bed was way too hard and i couldn't sleep the whole time we stayed. The spa facilities was lovely not too busy when we went so we could enjoy everything to our hearts content. If the beds could be better then i would have recommended to a friend.

Had a fantastic stay at Haughton Hall .We did a murder mystery weekend and I would recommend this it was fantastic..The staff are friendly the food was excellent and the leisure centre was great. Room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee..

Lovely hotel and staff. Unfortunately we booked a night in the Telfod suite the same weekend as the murder mystery night. The noise from the bar was deafening until 2.30am. The lady working that evening was less than sympathetic.
Wrote an email over a week ago and still no response! My advice, check what's on before you book!

There's a really nice, laid back atmosphere here. Decor is a bit worn. Staff very good. I had a massage there, don't know the name of the lady who did it, but she was brilliant.
