Attended a Christmas Dinner dance. Food was disappointing especially as it was not that busy. And had been precooked . I have never had BOILED SLICED PARSNIPS on my plate before.!! Yuk.!!

We booked a wedding package here worth 7500 in Sept 2019 for a Sept 2020 wedding. The communication from the hotel was very poor from the start unless, it was regarding money!! Not once did the management show interest in our up coming big day. This is reflected in their business focused contract- its all about them and telling the bride and groom what to do!! The whole contract is in favour of the venue. THEN, TO TOP IT ALL OFF, WHEN LOCKDOWN PREVENTED OUR WEDDING GOING AHEADF IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM, THE WROXTER COMPLETELY REFUSED TO REFUND ANY OF OUR MONEY, IN FACT- THEY PUT A COURT CLAIM AGAINST

The venue was booked for my wifes family doo. Pretty venue and function room looked good. Actual hotel room was standard, clean, nothing special. Most staff were pleasant and attentive.
However, the star of the show was Angelo a seemingly uninterested, unhappy, unkempt, rude waiter. We complained that a beer I had ordered tasted funny, Angelo took it away but we never had it replaced. As we were busy mingling, we forgot to chase it up.
