I've just sold my property with Shelton and would like to say thank you to Kat , Simon and Daniel. Most of you were a pleasure to deal with and were very professional. Every time I called or emailed with any questions you answered them and were always bubbly and honest. An absolute credit to the business. On a sour note I didn't have a great experience with the recommendation of the conveyancing company based away from Worcester. I won't name them but the initials are I.H. and this is mainly down to communication which is an absolute must when selling a house.

Dan the main man with the photos and videos, made our house look like a show home which then attracted many potential buyers. This then lead to having our house sold within 10 days of advertising it.

I had the displeasure of dealing with this company recently. We saw a house that was on the market since April, we went for a viewing and liked it. We put in a offer for it and was given a ''verbal confirmation'' for the offer. We were then told to send a lot of extra details (many which other estate agents don't even ask for - as I checked with other agents), and then was told 2 days later that the vendors decided to sell the property to a ''friend''. Definitely there was something fishy about all this, if they wanted to sell it to their friend why wouldn't they just sell it to them straight as
