Within a week of placing our property in Lambert's hands we had 2 buyers who both put in an offer. We were also very happy with the price achieved. That was excellent.
Unfortunately, although it was sold so quickly , it still took 5 months until completion, not Lambert's fault but feel they could have pushed the solicitors a little bit more, as they recommended them to us.
