We'd been warned to be wary of estate agents but Oliver and Chris were absolutely fantastic! Despite being busy as anything they always found time to update us on what was going on, when issues arose they were quick to inform me and let me know what steps they were taking to try and resolve them.
We felt heard, respected, and valued. I cannot fault them in anyway, from being shown around the property for the first time, to picking up the keys, it was a wonderful experience (minus all the unavoidable
