This is the third time I've used property ladder to buy/sell my houses and I genuinely wouldn't ever use anyone else!
James has always been brilliant and very efficient when it comes to taking the photos and listing our properties and is so easy to talk to and a really lovely person.
Ben has dealt with us on our most recent sale/purchase and he… makes you feel more like friends than just clients. It's always nice to have a laugh and joke with him when he calls. We sold our first home with Property Ladder and were very happy with the whole process. First we had Marie come over to value our property and she gave us a guide price that far exceeded our expectations. She also recommended an open day so that we only had to prepare our house for viewing once. This worked really well for us as we have a young child who likes to make our house messy!
