Rent is paid promptly, any maintenance is communicated before its carried out with estimated costs and then carried out promptly. Monthly PDF statements are also provided allowing me to keep an electronic record of payments/maintenance. If you are looking for someone to manage your properties then I can highly recommend Waltham Estates.
