I dealt with Spencer James for a flat purchase and can honestly say the level of service was excellent. Very responsive and they went above and beyond during the course of the purchase. Jovanna and Andy are the best! We've rented for nearly a year now, the end of tenancy is coming up and we couldn't be happier with the experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Thomas Cann! As a first time I was very nervous about the whole process but he mad everything so easy and pleasant. From arranging the viewing of the flat to chasing the seller and his solicitors to respond to my solicitors requests, Thomas made the purchasing process run that little bit smoother. He made it possible for me to complete on my property in time for the stamp duty holiday which he knew was important to me. He went over and beyond the call of duty, knowing I was a first time buyer with no clue what I was doing he was there to provide an helping hand

Thomas was great from beginning to end. As we were first time buyers he thoroughly answered all our questions and supplied us with all the relevant documents. We saw the property a few times and both Andy and Thomas were great in showing us around. They were very truthful and gave us good advice as first time buyers. Thomas was great all round.
