These guys are on the ball. The efficiency and professionalism with which they work is extremely high. With Proper Local, I really felt like they were working with me, on my side, doing their best to help me rent out my property during a difficult time (covid-19). They are probably the best value for money agent on the market, given that you get the benefit of their vast experience, insight and expertise, all for a reasonable fee. I have already recommended them to friends and family. I will be using them again if I need new tenants. Thanks again Christian and the team. Well done guys.

We were looking for a place during the COVID-19 time. and it was super stressful and difficult, because the market is frozen.

My experience with Proper Local has continuously been a positive one. From the get-go, it has been personable, professional and extremely genuine (which is hard to find these days!). Christian (the owner) knows the area very well and is honest and attentive throughout the whole process.
