Buying and selling a home is very stressful. Selling my flat during a world pandemic and following 2 family bereavements my stress levels were off the scale. Shaun made a difficult time easy. He was professional, understanding, humorous and always on hand to explain what was happening. Oh yes and he sold my flat very quickly.

We rented a property on nearby Wilmot Street. Husnain was great at taking us through the initial rental process and keeping us informed in a timely manner about any documents that needed signed and move in details etc. This was much appreciated. We havent had anything major required since we moved in, but for any small queries or concerns Jade, our property manager, has been extremely responsive and efficient at dealing with the issues. I would recommend Elms Estates.
