Asma managed my property for 6 years, with long-term tenants. Once the tenants vacated in July 2021, Albany was unable to secure new tenants for 3 months. When I went out to the property myself, we found it in a terrible state - which means the regular inspection reports were inaccurate. And of course, noone wants to rent a house in that state. The house needed full internal & external maintenance. Albany have managed my properties for me since 2011, they are very professional and trust worthy. I have had other agents manage properties in areas that Albany do not cover and there's literally no comparison with the service.
