Here at Stoneshaw we offer a comprehensive sales service with a professional and friendly approach. Sole Agency Selling - Fee is 0.9% + vat of the final agreed sale price and is only paid after completion. For example, if a property sells for 300,000 then the fee would be 2700 + vat = 3240 - Fee includes marketing costs and fee for finding a successful buyer.
