I was recommended Stoneshaw Estates by a friend and they didn't disappoint. They explained everything from the start and when things got difficult during the sale they kept in touch with both solicitors to keep the sale moving. Very competitive rates and would highly recommend to anyone selling a property.

I have now been with Stoneshaws for three years and have no reason to change. After problems with tenants prior to using them as a letting agent it has been such a relief to know that it is all in good hands. Stoneshaws are very helpful with things that go beyond the letting role and are quick to communicate with me if there are any problems. They have found a great tenant and ensure that the tenancy terms are met from both sides. Always pleasant to deal would recommend them tenfold!

All my experiences with this organisation have always been delivered in a professional and positive manner. I have never come across any members of staff that were rude or insensitive, everyone that has dealt with any of my queries, I have found to be very helpful, polite and they have gone above and beyond their role to help facilitate any issues/problems that may have occurred. From the minute we found a property to purchase and booked a viewing, stone shaw estate has been nothing but professional. They were fantastic to work with and I knew if we had any questions they would get back to us pretty quickly. Once we made an offer they checked up on the process every week to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly reccomend this estate agent, very happy with how the house buying process went with them. Will be recommending this place to all our friends! Lisa, Gabby and Wendy were very helpful!
