I was in touch with Vito for accommodation and couple of instances we missed the property due to season time and we had a deadline to move out of the place we living cause of agreement. As it was 2 days before Christmas my place got sorted and we moved in which saved our new year. Very thanks to the sales executive Vito, who on a holiday came to hand me over the keys and did the documentation. save us from getting homeless . Thanks. Highly recommended if you are new in London or you might get scammed online.

Worst experience of my life. I would put 0 starts! Worst agency and worst staff ever!!! They throw me out of the house without any notice, they gave me 12 hours to get my things and go! No proof of any communication about the eviction! And this is just the last part of my horrible experience with them. They trick you into signing a contract without seeing the property because of covid. They ask for money before actually sending the contract otherwise you will lose the place. The most horrible, unprofessional, lazy and careless place on the Earth. I had anointment with a agent and after I chat with him and confirm that I am going to see him with a small delay of 5-10 minutes, but in the end of the story I was there only 2 minutes late. I report to their "reception" deck as I was advertised by the agent when I arrived, I filled up their registration form, the lady told me to have a sit on the sofa and wait for the agent, because he is there. And then magnificent 45 minutes waiting, watching amazing performance of bunch of lazy and careless people, playing on their phones

Had a great experience with City Rooms, and in particular with agent Fabian really professional and friendly. He was always quick to respond to my emails and resolved any issue on the same day or day after. Thank you also to Jamie, youve done an amazing job helping us resolving issues in our apartment. I totally recommend City Rooms if you are struggling to find a property in London as they have so many!

I have dealt with two agents from this company. One of them, called Michele, was way too keen on getting me to sign a contract for a property which I had not seen; arranging a proper face to face viewing seemed not to be an option. The second agent I dealt with was Fabiano. Our conversation was over the phone and he was way too keen on me visiting their offices. I asked him to sent me some links of what they have but he hanged up the phone rudely. All in all, I would avoid them. There seems to be a concurrent lack of business acumen and knowledge in a sample of two agents.

My son was coerced into signing a contract and part with money before being shown a property. The keys they were given was to a different property so didn't fit! Then threatened that only way was to take another. When they said they didn't want that, were refused any money back. City Rooms using scare tactics. City Rooms took money from his girlfriend and wouldn't put her on the contract. Neither have jobs but were not asked for guarantors! They knew guarantors would ask questions! The pair have special needs and realise they were conned and are now suicidal which is why I'm putting on this review

I know what you are thinking. "I need a place to live very soon and I need it for a good price." DO NOT GO WITH CITY ROOMS.
Cityrooms will charge in your deposit where they can.
"Painting the room"- Didn't happen.
"Extra cleaning"- It was better than when I arrived.
"Changing the locks"- They didn't even change the code for the door to my old room, let alone the locks.
"Extra utility usage"- The person that sold me the room literally messaged me saying that he assures me that there will be no extra cost. I wouldn't be surprised if this was factored into their business model. Time after time
