Stow Brothers offered the worst of both worlds as they failed to represent the best interests of buyer or seller; they only represented themselves and only cared about getting the sale through at any cost. In our case this involved the agent promising a substantial reduction in sale price if we did not complete by a specified date (who would agree to that?!), all without our consent and not listed on the Memo of Sale. That they covered the costs for this dodgy deal, essentially admission of guilt, was the only honourable thing they could do. We were also offered poor advice when the house was undervalued

We rented through Stow Brothers and had a great experience. Our property manager, Suela, was superb. She always responded to queries very quickly, and genuinely cared. Due to personal reasons we didn't renew the tenancy and had to do so on short notice. Suela and Hannah went to extra miles and found new tenants to move in quickly, saving us from paying rent on an empty property. We'd highly recommend Stow Brothers to family and friends.

Our first contact with stow brothers was with Eva, who was professional and enthusiastic. Our house was sold quickly and simply with one viewing morning. Claudia, from the sales progression team then took over, she was friendly, personable and efficient. She followed up and made sure there was an open communication channel between our buyers and us. Best estate agency experience we have had!

Cannot fault Stow Brothers at all. Neva was absolutely fantastic through what turned out to be a long process. Her communication was great from the moment she initially came to view the flat all the way to completion. Would definitely recommend Stow Brothers and Neva
