Prescriptions
Our electronic prescription service enables online requests through the NHS App or Patient Access. Clinical pharmacists conduct medication reviews and manage chronic disease prescriptions. We prioritise electronic prescriptions sent directly to nominated pharmacies for patient convenience.
Sexual Health Services
Specialist GPs and nurses offer confidential sexual health consultations including contraceptive advice, implant fittings, and STI screening. We provide emergency contraception through online requests and chlamydia screening kits for women under 25.
Home Visits
GPs assess urgent medical needs over the phone before arranging home visits. This service caters to genuinely housebound patients and those requiring end-of-life care. Advanced practitioners also conduct home visits for acute medical conditions.
Chronic Disease Management
Our clinical team specialises in managing long-term conditions like diabetes and heart disease. Pharmacists conduct annual reviews while GPs coordinate care pathways. We use electronic health records to ensure continuity of care across different healthcare providers.

Just spoken to a very pleasant and helpful receptionist on phone. She gave me good information i wasn't aware of, and put me in contact with a clinician. Thank you.

I was with this surgery for years then moved away. As soon as I moved back I rejoined. Always been polite and helpful, havent had to see a doctor often but the nurses are smashing and no issues with reception staff.

KHC has been my doctor's for years, always found the doctors and nurses to be great, however, the reception team have always been very rude and I feel like after today, I need to comment on it. Called to rearrange my son's pre-school vaccines as he has a cold and was basically told by the receptionist that she was not canceling the appointment as he did not have a high fever and that I should bring him in anyway for the nurses to make the decision to have them or not. Since when has it been other people's decisions, what is best for my child?! Working in healthcare myself, I do not feel comfortable

Came for a meeting with management. Was told to have a seat and someone would be along in a few minutes. 35 mins sat waiting. Not once did anyone have the manners to say sorry previous meeting running late.

Have always found all the staff here very professional and helpful. I moved to this surgery a few years ago, from another local surgery where this wasn't the case. So glad I swapped to KHC. Thanks for all you do for the patients under your care
