Ive put up with a painful ingrown toe nail ever since taking up rock climbing and squeezing my feet into the small shoes required for technical climbing. For 20 years+ Ive assumed it just goes with the territory and not a lot can be done about it until I visited Sue today at Le Roux Clinic. Almost instant relief! I managed a 5k run the same day after the appointment, when I struggled to walk due to the pain last week.. I walked out with a diagnosis and treatment plan. It should be perfectly controllable with the right knowledge and continual care
