On registering at BMP (empty waiting room) was told to bring documents that were taken to photocopy & was told to come back later to collect? Two trips? Ordered repeat prescription - not done. Asked online for GP (tele) appointment (choice given online) but this was ignored and a Practice Nurse called instead? Begged and was referred to Hospital Consultant & got tele appointment. Consultant ordered GP to order blood tests & medication. 5 weeks later neither meds nor blood tests ordered by GP? Nothing. Visited BMP twice to ask if the blood test and prescription had been done, NO. Was told I had

Excellent practice. All the reception team and nurses and the Doctors have always been helpful and put my health first and sorted the right treatment for me. Always get an appointment when ive asked for one on same day. Nothing too much trouble if you ring with a query. Well done for doing a fantastic job and thank you for looking after me.

People need to be aware of this practice. Quite a while ago, severe breathlessness, sudden blackouts, chest pain, was mostly ignored by this practice, & because i had to keep pushing to get anything done, they got rid of me. Just after that, i nearly died, & had major heart surgery, two CABG, repaired two heart valves, repaired a hole in the heart. Out of that i got COPD as part of the problem was lung related. They don't care here, & i nearly died because of their malpractice.

Amazing and friendly staff, recently done one of those econsultations online and my enquiring was dealt with within few hours saved me having to go into the practice and wait for ages. My prescription was ready to collect straight away at my local pharmacy. Brilliant. Definitely recommend!
