How do I book an appointment?
Use our online services portal for instant booking or contact reception during opening hours. Emergency appointments may be available on the same day.
What services are available outside normal hours?
Through Apex PCN, we offer extended access Tuesday evenings until 18:30 and Saturday clinics on a rota basis with partner practices.
How do I request a prescription?
Submit repeat prescription requests via our online portal or contact reception. Allow two working days for processing.
What happens during staff training closures?
We close one afternoon monthly for training. Use NHS 111 for urgent care during these periods, with normal services resuming afterward.
Can I access health advice when closed?
For urgent health advice outside opening hours, contact NHS 111. Our website also provides self-help resources for common conditions.
How do I register as a new patient?
