Would highly recommend ram h as help me so much in last 7 years from help me control my anxiety to help my crohn's disease and my counselling that went through with just after my mum helped so much and can't… forget about time to talk group as help me so much and have met such wonderful friends in that time so if got mental health problems or depression and anxiety problems you can go wrong with ram h as highly recommended them before once last thing with coronavirus situation I hope everyone who works at ram h and use there services stay safe
