Exeter Osteopaths
Daniel qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1999. He practiced in his native East Anglia and then was lucky enough to spend two years in Australia and New Zealand working alongside renowned osteopaths treating both performers and athletes. He tailors his treatment to best suit his patient's needs.

He uses muscle and joint release techniques to help restore balance to the body and alleviate painful areas. He is skilled at explaining how other underlying health problems can contribute to musculoskeletal pain. As such his treatments can often help more complex cases. The comfort of his patients is always a priority.

Osteopathy
Report
Osteopathy is a safe and natural approach to healthcare and recovery from injury. Its main emphasis is on the structural integrity of the body. Good body structure allows free circulation of blood and nerve pathways which encourage self-healing mechanisms in the body. Osteopaths have a highly developed sense of touch and use their hands to investigate underlying causes of pain.
Massage
Report
Massage therapy has been around for centuries; many cultures have used it to relieve aches and pains long before it became a mainstream practice. Essentially it is the manipulation of soft tissues within the body, to relieve tension, promote self-healing, recover from injury, aid relaxation and promote general wellbeing, however the benefits of massage are numerous.
Advice
Report
An estimated 34% of workers have not returned to their office since the first lock down. Using laptop on the kitchen table is a very common set up that we are seeing in clinic causing patients pain. This will help your stress levels, give you some well needed vitamin d and encourages the feel-good hormones to be released, setting you up for the day.
