Without question the best estate agent I have ever used. They were both professional, yet offered a personal service. I was impressed from the first contact, every member of staff was excellent. You are given a named contact who talks to you at least weekly and chases the chain. Would not hesitate to recommend

We were tenants with Kristian Allan for nearly three years and found the company to be attentive, understanding, responsive and professional each and every time we had a query or question, or something within the property that needed attention. Lisa in the lettings team is absolutely brilliant at finding tenants. My property is never empty for long periods.
Siobhan and the property management team provide a first class service. They are quick to sort out any issues with my property and always search for the best price for any repairs. I have used other more expensive companies previously but never received the Kristian Allan standard of service. A true five star company!
