We are currently open with social distancing, appointment only practice in place, in accordance with government guidelines. The Coventry based company was established in 1980 as Paragon Motors by Jeff Donely and Geoff Wise, both Auto Transmission instructors at Jaguar Rover Triumph, doing general service and MOT work, but specialising in auto transmissions.
A play on words to promote the speciality image resulted in Paramatic Auto Transmissions (P.A.T.), although customers (who we still retain to this day) refer to us as just Paragon. At Paragon Auto Testing we believe in making sure the vehicle is roadworthy and we have installed the very latest MAHA drive through automated test lane for all class 4 cars and light commercial and class 1 & 2 motorcycles.
