Took my van there for mot, brakes pipes needed replacing , I told them I think the heat shield is lose cause its making a real rattle badly, they assured me they've checked it and was a duel mass fly wheel. Took it to a friend to take a look and was just two screws lose on heat shield. A1 tried telling me 700 absolute disgrace and scam artists.

I booked my car in for a mot 2 weeks ago, turned up and they said it wasnt booked it. Brilliant.. The man obviously wanted to go home and didnt care that my mot was going to expire the following day. This has caused me a huge inconvenience, used them last year and couldnt fault them. Will never use them again.
