Called in the morning, was seen later that day! Great welcome, reassured about the procedure. All Covid regulations adhered to. Reassured all the way through and the process was very gentle. My issues was resolved and the ear wax was removed. Thanks so much for a great service.

I went to Samay for the first time the other day. It was my first time getting my ear wax removed. It was really professional and quick! Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service. The shop looks unprepossessing from the outside, but Kashif is incredibly kind and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Recently visited with an ear problem after my GP reccomend I get ear wax removal. Kashif was extremely helpful and very polite. I highly reccomend his practice as others within my area had long waiting lists. Kashif was able to see me almost straight away and dealt with my issue. I would 100% go back and reccomend to anyone with an ear / wax issue. Price of service was very reasonable compared to others and service was way above standard. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
