Very professional service, Andrew took time to explain the microsuction procedure, thoroughly check the ear canals and carry out the procedure with minimum fuss and maximum results. If you have problems with blocked ears and your GP is unable to assist then Active Hearing is a great alternative. I was able to book an appointment the next day and you dont need to spend weeks putting oil in your ears beforehand.

I have had hearing problems for a while, but recently my hearing has deteriorated to such an extent, I could not hear hardly anything at all. Making an appointment was easy and quick. After my visit to Mr Maxted for ear wax removal my hearing is better than it has been for some years. The procedure was painless and Mr. Maxted kept me informed of everything he was going to do.

Fabulous caring service, with good Covid precautions. Mr Maxted took his time and was very thorough in resolving my blocked ears. He responded promptly to my emails and questions, and gave a very thorough and safe appointment. I will definitely return and recommend him to anyone looking to hear clearly!
