Highly delighted with the excellent customer service received from Residentsline. To be honest Id never heard of them so was understandably a little cautious about placing cover for our small management company. However after speaking with Natasha I realised that Residentsline were very competent and definitely the company to insure with, offering tailor made products. Natasha been exceptional in her work to find us competitive buildings insurance quotes for our residents management company and its blocks of maisonettes. Im a novice at the insurance game, so it took me a while to get all the information she needed to get us quotes.
