Good insurance company although occasionally a bit slow at sorting out minor problems. Generally good customer service but some of the telephone staff could do with sounding less grumpy.

Bad customer services ever. They just want to take your money and that's it. After you paid them, no email response, no help or anything. I had a worst experience with them. After I paid for my registration fee, I dont get any help during the application process. I emailed them my application from and my certificate. I waited for 5 days. There's no reply or confirmation of recipient. Not even an auto-reply. I called them and they promised me that they will give me a call back. But nothing happened. I was waiting for few days. But the worst things is they deducted my money twice by mistake. I
