First class service from start to finish. Richard Preece responded very quickly to all communications and arranged the survey within the week. The very detailed report followed within days and covered every aspect of the building condition and many other factors relating to the decision to purchase. In my particular case, Richard's report influenced my decision not to purchase and undoubtedly saved me many thousands of pounds. Highly recommended.

Homebuyer verbal survey carried out at our property was excellent. Arrangements were made beforehand through an informal chat with the surveyor to discuss our needs, and a meeting time arranged for the survey. Everything went like clockwork on survey day, and the surveyor was very professional and helpful.
Verbal survey is recommended to all- no need to wait for the report to come through and we were told at the time what the problems were at the property. Many thanks.
