With 20 years in hospitality, Saimir has progressed from kitchen porter to general manager. He oversees daily operations and guest experiences, bringing expertise from French brasseries and American steakhouses to ensure exceptional service standards.
Maciej Banas
Head Chef
Award-winning chef with 15 years in London's hospitality industry. Previously at Rextail and Annabels, Maciej has led kitchens at Fischers and Soutine before joining The Delaunay in 2023 to direct culinary operations.
Regis Negrier
Head Pastry Chef
Internationally experienced pastry chef who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star hotels worldwide. Joined The Wolseley Hospitality Group in 2005 and has been instrumental in developing their creative culinary direction since 2011.

The atmosphere was warm and elegant. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Decent wine selection. The duck is certainly recommended and the schnitzel was also quite tasty.

My family and I had our dinner here when we were travelling in London. Enjoyed the service and the ambience in the restaurant. We asked for recommendations for food and drinks which we enjoyed. Will certainly return when I am back in London again !

An ancient and luxury place for eating , we had a coffee there at the restaurant. They used to had there own cafe in a separate place but not anymore after the pandemic and the shortage in staff. Their coffee taste good but no much variety of desserts
