I have attended Carmel in the past for various illnesses and found her to be extremely knowledgeable in Homeopathy and various conditions. I would highly recommend solas! Carmel is a very welcoming and knowledgeable individual who identified areas I needed to work on. She has also introduced me to a few mindfulness exercises which has helped my children get in better touch with their thoughts and feelings.

Absolutely amazing. Came to Carmel to help with my severe back problems. Problems that pain medication, physio and surgery couldn't help. Surgery even made it worse but thanks to Carmel and her incredible knowledge of homeopathy and her genuine drive to help people I can now finally make it through the days without constant pain killers and I'm gradually able to get back to my life. Since my treatments with Carmel she has also helped my children whenever they are sick and her teaching on homeopathic first aid has made it possible for me to help my own children when they need it too. I suffered 20 years of fatigue and heaviness, and visited my doctor many many times over the years. I was put on anti-depressants for a while, and at one point they were going to diagnose me with chronic fatigue syndrome and give me a line to come out of work. In my opinion that would sort nothing. I politely refused. I suffered on another few years until I met a lady who asked me to try homeopathy.
Now if I didnt want to be on antidepressants, and didnt want to leave work, I certainly wasnt going to be fixed with a magic pill. I did not believe homeopathy works. But here I am, a happy lively 46
