Our mortgage packaging service enables brokers to access exclusive lender products and criteria. Introducer Service

The introducer service allows brokers to earn 25% gross revenue by referring clients. We handle the full advised recommendation process, ensuring repeat business benefits remain with the introducer. No cross-sell agreements apply beyond mortgages.

Bridging Finance

We offer bridging finance solutions with up to 75% LTV and competitive rates. Our services include unregulated bridging, refurbishment loans, and second-charge options, tailored for residential and commercial needs.

Commercial Mortgages

Our commercial mortgage services cater to mixed-use properties, portfolio landlords, and development projects. We provide access to exclusive lender products with flexible terms and dedicated underwriting support.

What packaging fees do you charge?

We charge £95 for residential and buy-to-let first-charge mortgages, and £495 for commercial and bridging cases. Fees are payable at application submission.

What is the introducer service commission?

We pay 25% gross of the overall revenue earned at completion, with repeat business revenue remaining with the introducer.

Do you offer on-site lender underwriters?

Yes, we have lender representatives on-site at our Altrincham office for faster processing and direct collaboration.

Leigh and Mollie are absolutely amazing!!!!! They are always available and they don't give up even when there are issues, they find a way to solve it.
