Having worked and operated surveying practices in various locations, Roy established Roy McClure Associates in 1985 based in Richmond-upon-Thames. Roy attained a B.Sc in Estate Management in London. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, has a Surveyors and Valuers accreditation and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
He is a member of both the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation and the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association. As an aside, he has served on government committees and periodically publishes property related articles. Gary Bradshaw joined the practice during 1996, after spending many years working as an agent in the local area which enabled him to gain informative and invaluable knowledge about the local residential market.

Man., Ph. D (Cantab), D.Sc. Roy McClure Associates, established 1985, is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors. Based in Richmond-upon-Thames, we carry out surveys and valuations in a geographic area extending from Central London into the counties of Surrey and Middlesex.
We continue to represent leading financial institutions and private clients alike and have undertaken some fifty thousand inspections on residential and commercial buildings.Surveys, whilst predominantly residential, have included offices, shops, garages, warehouses, sports clubs, schools, theatres, churches, hotels, restaurants, public houses and even a zoo!
