Outstanding customer service. I contacted Roy McClure Associates 4 years after they conducted a survey on my house. I received an immediate call back from Roy, was provided with a 3rd party contact who could help and the offer of additional support should the contact not be suitable. 4 years on!. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
