Services
Foot Orthotics
Custom-made orthotic devices realign feet, relieve arch or heel pain, and improve gait mechanics. We create tailored solutions for biomechanical issues, sports injuries, and chronic conditions like plantar fasciitis. Our orthotics redistribute pressure evenly, preventing complications from diabetes or arthritis.
Diabetic Screening
Comprehensive 30-minute assessments detect diabetes-related foot complications. Using monofilament testing and Doppler ultrasound, we evaluate circulation and nerve function. Early detection prevents severe issues like ulcers or amputations through regular monitoring and patient education.
Fungal Nail Treatment
Specialised management for fungal nail infections includes topical/oral antifungals and debridement. We address discoloured, thickened nails caused by dermatophytes, preventing spread and improving appearance. Treatment plans combine clinical care with prevention strategies for long-term foot health.
Paediatric Footcare
Early intervention for children's foot development issues includes gait analysis and footwear advice. We address growing pains, flat feet, and biomechanical problems through orthotics and physical therapy. Our approach ensures proper foot function development to prevent adult complications.
Nail Surgery
Minor procedures for severe ingrown toenails use local anaesthetic for pain-free treatment. We perform partial/total nail removal with chemical matrixectomy to prevent regrowth. Post-operative care includes infection prevention and footwear guidance for optimal recovery.

Questions
What foot conditions do you treat?
We treat corns, calluses, fungal nails, ingrown toenails, flat feet, plantar fasciitis, and provide diabetic foot screening and orthotics.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
While we don't provide 24/7 emergency services, we prioritise urgent cases like severe infections or diabetic complications during operating hours.
How should I prepare for a diabetic foot screening?
Bring current medications, wear comfortable shoes, and allow 30 minutes for comprehensive circulation and nerve function tests using monofilament and Doppler ultrasound.
What happens during a paediatric foot assessment?
We evaluate gait, footwear, and biomechanics while checking for developmental issues. Treatment may include orthotics, stretching exercises, or footwear recommendations.
Can you help with persistent heel pain?
Yes, we diagnose causes like plantar fasciitis or heel spurs and provide orthotics, stretching programs, and shockwave therapy for chronic cases.
How do custom orthotics differ from shop-bought insoles?
Custom orthotics are moulded to your feet's exact biomechanics, providing targeted support that over-the-counter insoles cannot match for conditions like flat feet or arthritis.

Excellent service. Received treatment as emergency with no appointment booked. Highly recommend this practice.

They are very irresponsible and disorganized people who play with the time and pain of their patients. I have tried to book an appointment for so long (and tried, and tried, and tried) and I never get a concrete answer. Today I thought I had my appointment with them and I called to double check and they had no idea, and they did not even bother looking for a solution, I am very upset because I was waiting a lot this day to solve the situation of my foot because I can not even walk and Nobody cared.
